Kale, also known as Borecole, is one of the healthiest vegetable on the planet, because is an excellent source of Beta Carotene, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Calcium. And also contains Sulforaphane is a potent anti-cancer specially when chopped or minced.
